30-day money-back guarantee

Disciplytics, LLC wants you to be confident in what you are paying for. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund it.

Every plan also starts with a free 7-day trial that requires no card, so you can explore the app before you pay anything.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at jacob.vandergriff@disciplytics.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app, or through Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Beyond the 30-day guarantee, monthly charges already paid are not prorated on cancellation. Renewal charges may still be refunded at our discretion, and we will always honour refunds required by the law that applies to you or by Paddle's own refund policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
