What we need from you

A Planning Center admin

One person with admin rights approves read-only access to Giving, People, Check-Ins, Groups and Services. Nothing in Planning Center is changed or written back.

What Disciplytics will never do

It never shows individual donor names or donor-level giving lists — every figure is an aggregate. Household maps suppress small areas so no family can be identified. The Planning Center connection is read-only, so nothing you see here can change your records.

Questions pastors ask first

Do I need a credit card to start?: No. The 7-day trial needs nothing but an email address and your church name. We never ask for payment details until you choose an amount.
What happens on day 8?: If you have picked an amount, everything keeps working. If not, Disciplytics becomes read-only — you can still open the Overview, Settings and the Guide, and your synced data is kept, not deleted. Choose an amount any time to turn everything back on.
Can I cancel later?: Yes, from Settings, any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Who can see our giving numbers?: Only people you invite. Admins manage the connection and billing, analysts explore every dashboard, viewers read them. Every figure is an aggregate — Disciplytics never shows individual donor names or donor-level lists, and small groups are suppressed on maps.
We run multiple campuses. Does that cost more?: No. Every amount unlocks every feature for the whole church, with unlimited team members and every campus included.
Will this change anything in Planning Center?: No. The connection is read-only, and you can disconnect it from Settings whenever you like.
