Data quality

Can I trust what the reports are showing me?

Every report in Disciplytics is only as good as the Planning Center data behind it. The Data quality page checks four things — sync health, people records, giving integrity and engagement freshness — and marks each Good, Needs attention or Missing, in plain language.

Sync health
When data last came across, whether the connection needs reconnecting, and any errors or warnings from the last sync.
People records
What share of your people have an email, phone, address and household. Low coverage is why some features go quiet — surveys need emails, the household map needs addresses.
Giving integrity
How many gifts are not linked to a person or a fund. Unlinked gifts can make giving totals differ from your books and hide a household's quiet change from the care list.
Engagement freshness
How recent your attendance counts, check-ins, group rosters and serving schedules are. Stale data silently misleads the care list.

Every item that needs attention says why it matters and how to fix it. Fixes always happen in Planning Center; afterwards run a sync from Settings and the page reflects the improvement. Admins, pastors and staff can open it.
