Active surveys
What is open right now, who has been invited, and how do I share the link?
Admins only. This is the running side of listening: open a wave, invite people, watch the response count, then close it when you have enough replies. Nothing here changes the answers or how they are reported.
- Wave
- One run of a survey with its own open and close. Comparing waves is where the value is: run the same pulse each quarter.
- Invites
- Emailed to Planning Center people who have an email address on their record. Invitations honour the survey's cohort and can be narrowed to one campus.
- Shareable link
- Every open wave also has a public link on your Disciplytics address you can put in a bulletin, text or slide for people you have no email for.
- Response rate
- Invites sent against responses received, per wave — read it before you read the results.
If an invitation run reports nobody new, everyone matching the filter has already been invited, or their Planning Center records have no email address yet. Add the emails in Planning Center and run a sync from Settings.
